Graduate Coatings Engineer required by Helia Photonics Ltd.. Candidates must have experience of optical thin film multilayer design, vacuum coating systems and optical characterisation techniques.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of successful customer interfacing at a high technical level.  It is expected that the Engineer has experience in managing small teams of engineers and technicians, as well as in general project management.  Candidates must also have experience of working within quality management systems to ISO 9000:2001 standard.
