At the heart of the characterisation cleanroom is a FiconTEC CM1000 Laser Bar Test System. This is a fully automatic test system offering pulsed and dc LIV, far-field profiling, spectral measurement and many more characterisation methods on individual laser die or batches of many hundreds of die without user intervention.
