We can accept material in sizes up to and including 4” wafers. Scribing and breaking of laser bars from wafers is achieved (with ~2µm cavity length precision) using a Loomis Industries LSD-100. We have benefited from the latest revision of the Loomis control software to simplify the singling of die from laser bars later in the process.
