Pick and Place For all of our handling requirements we use a custom-modified Dr Tresky T-3102 pick & place system. The proven die handling abilities of this tool have been extended for us to allow bar handling and placement to sub 10µm resolution. In addition, coating jigs are loaded and unloaded with this machine reducing operator error and increasing throughput rate.
